It does look cool! But "Why?" What do they have to do to them to be able to paint them? Do they have to put them out? I can't imagine a Cat holding its eyes closed while the fur around its eyes is colored! Looking at it from that angle it seems a cruel & inhumane thing to do to a cat, even if it looks really cool.
