Helicopter Hawk

Check out what some of our boys overseas did to their helicopter. Some Afghan is probably freaking out right about now . This very special Mi-24 helicopter is presently flying in Afghanistan where it is no doubt causing quite a stir.

Isn't nice of SEM to remind us that there are still ignorant people out there, and calling himself what he is. YES all of you doubters, the military did authorize this just like they have for years, don't forget about all the beautiful women painted on the bombers etc. My son in law is USAF, (and hubby was) he has seen one that is fully painted like this one. But, actually this one is several years old and might be contracted out as it has no markings on it. These choppers are amazing and beautiful and all are used by our military personel.

oh we'd fly it all right, my dad and uncle were both in the army during the cold war, my uncle stayed in after vietnam and he said that after one of our guys finally got into one, they love the thing, of course our helicopters would out match it though.

lol, shows what you know, will- we use Mi-24s and 17s in both Afghan and Iraq as transports, mostly rented under contract from various companies.

The US army has several soviet era attack helicopters they purchased or "confiscated" for the purpose of training exercises. Including at least 1 Mi 24 Hind. This is probably not one of ours though

that is an Mi-24, a russian helicopter. under no circumstance would our boys be flying that.
