hi i have worked in 3d animation for a number of years and this is a cg environment with real pictures of products photoshopped so they correspond with the lighting scheme an have been place very skillfully into frame this is most likely a 3d students homework to design a room as it hasn't been texturized i would say a second year student

Those are McIntosh power amps on the floor. They sell for nearly $7000 each, and there are 20 in the picture. $140,000 for amps? Has to be an ad for McIntosh.
